Most simple but filling lunch

Just get some lettuce leaves, slice some onion, tomato, cucumber, pepper, avocado and add some sunflower seeds with a bit of “meat” mushroom and one piece of pita bread and you got the perfect healthy lunch. This beauty had some extras though: green home made sauce and peanut home made sauce. Banana yogurth shake follows. Keep oneself healthy is the most important thing when you’re traveling (specially if you’re out there without insurance), helps more to the budget than you may think.

You’ll find this awesome seasonal dish at Fat Cat Cafe in Mae Hee, just outside city center on the way to that white Buddha on the hill. One of the chillest places in Pai to have a meal.  God bless!
